Powers: Her powers are largely technologically based, so without her omni-tool and gear, she's not as powerful. She does have cybernetic implants that help her to hear quicker; make her bones stronger, things like that.
Offensive subjects: I'm pretty cool with everything.
Warnings: Nothing really? She can have a temper? Don't get on her bad side?
If you are a Tribute/Past Victor, are you comfortable with your character being bidded on? Oh sure. Don't think she would be too thrilled with it. But would be fun to play out.
